These terms apply when you use this website or book travel through Ticketdev Travels ("Ticketdev Travels", "we", "us").

1. Our role

We are an independent travel agency. We arrange travel services provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels and car rental companies ("suppliers"). We are not a supplier and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any supplier. Your travel is also governed by each supplier's own terms, fare rules and conditions of carriage.

2. Quotes and prices

Quotes are free and not binding until you approve them and we confirm the booking. Prices we quote are the total price including taxes and mandatory fees. Any service fee we charge is shown before you pay. Prices and availability can change until tickets or reservations are issued.

3. Booking and payment

Please check that every name matches the traveler's government ID and that dates and routes are correct before approving a booking. Payment may be charged by us or directly by the supplier; your quote will say which. We will not book or charge you without your approval.

4. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations depend on the supplier's rules for your fare or rate, which we explain before booking. Supplier change fees and fare differences may apply. See our Refund Policy.

5. Travel documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documents and meeting entry requirements for your trip. Check with the relevant government authorities before you travel.

6. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes, government action or supplier schedule changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law, including U.S. Department of Transportation consumer protection rules.
